With nearly 20 years of experience in investment and finance, Dato’ Tan Pek-Han is a distinguished professional who has successfully guided a public company through significant growth. Recognized for his strong sales performance, he specializes in IPOs, dual listings, mergers, and organizational reviews, enhancing efficiency and securing capital for growth initiatives. His strategic planning aligns organizational goals with market demands, establishing him as a respected leader known for his relationship-building abilities in the industry.

Yazid is a highly regarded banker and investment manager with over 15 years of experience in the securities and financial industry. Previously the Treasurer of Kenanga Investment Bank, Yazid has served on various committees concurrently in the bank.

Mr. Jay is a visionary entrepreneur with a proven track record across technology, construction, and heavy industries. Holding a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Queensland, awarded with a full scholarship, he is a recognized industry leader. As CEO of Aathaworld, Zillenium, D Young, and Builtory, he has led high-impact ventures across finance, IT, engineering, real estate, manufacturing, agriculture, energy, and oil & gas. A dynamic dealmaker, Mr. Jay’s extensive global network and strategic connections drive innovation and business growth across multiple sectors.

Adeb serves as the Fund Manager at WCPE, leveraging his extensive background and proven success in the financial services industry to shape our investment strategies. Holding a Bachelor (Hons.) in Investment Management from the University of Technology Mara, Malaysia, Adib brings over 6 years of diverse investment experience to the team.

Fadzli serves as the Accounts Manager, overseeing WCPE’s financial operations. He is responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. This includes overseeing the compilation of financial statements, balance sheets, and account statements in accordance with the applicable accounting standards.

Adib Halim is the Fund Manager at W Capital Private Equity (WCPE), driving the firm’s investment strategies with over seven years of experience in the financial services industry. A graduate in Investment Management from UiTM, Adib specializes in market analysis, portfolio management, and strategic investments. He began his career at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) in corporate investments before joining PFM Capital Sdn. Bhd. (a PNB subsidiary), where he refined his fund management expertise prior to entering private equity.

Soo Fuey Chyn is a finance leader with over 20 years of experience in construction, property development, investment, and corporate finance. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Coventry University and has completed professional studies with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Skilled in financial reporting, tax planning, and cash flow management, she supports private equity fund growth and has a strong track record in managing multi-entity operations and driving portfolio value creation.
